Privacy Policy

Saju Lab ("we," "us") is a pre-launch product. This policy covers what we collect right now, on this landing page and reading tool, and why.
What we collect
- Email address - if you join the waitlist or unlock a paid reading. Used only to tell you when Saju Lab launches and, if you purchased something, to keep a record of that purchase.
- Birth details and calculated chart - used in your browser to calculate and remember your most recent reading on that device. These details include your selected birth city, its coordinates and time zone, and sex recorded at birth. City searches use a built-in GeoNames list on our server; we do not store search queries or send them to a third-party search provider. If you join the email list or complete a purchase, the resulting chart pillars and archetype are stored with that record so we can provide and improve the service.
- Payment information - we never see or store your card or PayPal details. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, transaction identifiers, and the email address PayPal provides for the transaction.
Purchase access and recovery
We store checkout and purchase records to confirm payment, prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle refunds, and restore access. A secure cookie remembers purchase access on this device for 30 days. Recovery links are sent only when requested, to the PayPal payment email; they expire after one hour and can be used once. Your purchased items remain available after correcting your birth details.
Who we share it with
PayPal (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database storage). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies & tracking
We don't use advertising cookies. We use Vercel's privacy-focused analytics and anonymous product-event counts to understand whether visitors start a reading, view a result, or enter checkout. These event counts do not contain your email, birth details, IP address, or payment information. We may attach a broad referral label, such as Instagram or Threads, when it is supplied in the link or browser referrer. Your browser's local storage remembers that label, your latest reading, and unlocked items on that device. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.
Your choices
Want your email removed from our list? Email hello.sajulab@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
Children
Saju Lab isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
